NATURAL BEAUTY WITH DIY EXPLORATION OF ROSEMARY ESSENTIAL OIL FOR HAIR

Rosemary and Coconut Oil Daily Hair Oil for Hair growth 

 Ingredients

•   1/2 cup of coconut oil 
•   2 tablespoons of rosemary oil

 Instructions 

•   Heat the coconut oil in a small saucepan over low heat until it melts. 
•  Add the dried rosemary leaves to the melted coconut oil and stir well. 
•  Let the mixture simmer for 30 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally. 
•   Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the oil cool. 
•   Strain the oil to remove the rosemary leaves. 
•  Store the rosemary and coconut oil mixture in a glass bottle.

Rosemary and Olive Oil Daily Hair Oil

Ingredients

•   1/2 cup of olive oil 
•   2 tablespoons of fresh rosemary leaves 

Instructions 

•  Place the fresh rosemary leaves in a glass jar. 
•   Heat the olive oil in a small saucepan until warm but not boiling. 
•  Pour the warm olive oil over the rosemary leaves in the jar. 
•  Let the mixture steep for at least two weeks in a cool, dark place. 
•  Strain the oil to remove the rosemary leaves. 
•  Transfer the rosemary-infused olive oil to a glass bottle for storage.

Hydrating Honey and Rosemary Hair Mask 

 Ingredients 

• Aloe vera gel 
• Honey 
• Rosemary essential oil 

Instructions 

1. Mix two tablespoons of aloe vera gel.  

2. 1 tablespoon of honey. 

3. 5 drops of Rosemary Essential Oil.  

4. Apply damp hair, covering from roots to ends. 

5. Leave for 30-45 minutes before rinsing for deep hydration.

Soothing Rosemary and Methi Scalp Rinse 

 Ingredients 

• Methi seeds 
• Rosemary Essential Oil

 Instructions

1. Prepare a Methi water infusion by soaking Methi seeds in water overnight. 

2. Strain the water. 

3. Mix this Methi water with five drops of Rosemary Essential Oil. 

4. Use as a final hair rinse after shampooing to soothe the scalp and control dandruff.
