The oil extracted from compressing the avocado fruit contains Omega-3 fatty acids and Vitamins A, D, and E. It is excellent for dry skin; besides the helpful vitamins, it also possesses nutrients like potassium and lecithin. Potassium is essential for new skin cell growth. Lecithin also can soften and moisturize. The fatty acid in lecithin helps seal moisture by creating a barrier on the skin and protects the skin from unwanted elements. It is a moisturizing emollient that soothes and repairs skin, helps the body beat back dry skin, and improves conditions like psoriasis and eczema. The Anti-inflammatory properties of this oil can have a healing effect on irritated skin. The polyhydroxylated fatty alcohol in avocado oil can suppress UV-induced cell damage and inflammation. In addition to Vitamin E, the oil contains many other nutrients that the outermost layer of skin, known as the epidermis, quickly absorbs these nutrients, which helps to form new skin. The oil also can promote collagen synthesis, which is the process of creating new connective tissue with its Alice acid.

Moringa oil is derived from the seeds of Moringa oleifera, a small tree native to the Himalayan mountains. Moringa oil helps in fighting skin issues like fatigue and regulates oil secretion; by purifying the skin, this oil helps in revealing its natural glow. It is also like the oil naturally produced by our skin, which can help balance and nourish all skin types without being greasy. Moringa’s phytochemicals profile shows that it is rich in fatty acids (mainly oleic acid) and antioxidants that restore and protect the skin’s barrier. The rich Oleic acid content also ensures that the skin remains hydrated even when exposed to pollution. It regulates excess sebum production and prevents dirt and bacteria from clogging into pores.

Vitamin E is a fat-soluble vitamin that acts as an antioxidant, healing protect cells from damage throughout your body. It’s found in our sebum, creating a natural barrier to keep moisture in your skin. It can reduce inflammation and make your skin look younger. Many people also swear by topical vitamin E’s effects when applied to the face overnight. Also, it prevents or treats dry, flaking skin.

Sunflower oil is produced by pressing the seeds of a plant called Helianthus annuus. It contains more vitamin E than other vegetable oils. Vitamin E is an antioxidant that is essential for maintaining healthy skin. Antioxidants help donate electrons to free radical atoms to help stabilize them. It contains other helpful substances, such as omega-6 and omega-9, linoleic acid, and oleic acid. These substances are both shown to contribute to tissue and cell strength. The vitamin E in sunflower oil has antioxidants that help with premature aging and wrinkles, keeping your skin looking young and fresh. Sunflower oil also contains linoleic acid, which helps your skin retain moisture, making it less dry. Reinforcing this natural moisture barrier is especially helpful for those with eczema or otherwise dry skin. In addition, linoleic acid helps to protect the face from bacteria and germs.

Healthy, soft, and glowing skin is every person’s dream, including kids. And in achieving so, we all know that there are endless options in the market. But most importantly, keeping our skin moisturized goes beyond its appearance and feel. Body oils, such as Keys Seth Aromatherapy’s Schoolers Body Oil, can help you achieve beautiful supple skin and a healthier one for your little one. The ingredients infused in these body oils were intentionally added to nourish the skin from within.

The Body oil is non-greasy: No one likes the feel of greasy oil on their skin, not even our little one. But it’s not oiled that makes your kid’s skin smooth; it all depends on which oil you use. For example, mineral oil is a common ingredient in many mainstream conventional skin care products. It's derived from petroleum, and its molecular size is so large that the skin does not recognize it. It remains on the skin’s surface, clogging pores and suffocating the skin. A vital benefit of the Schoolers’ body oil is the natural & plant-based ingredients we use. Like Avocado Oil & Moringa Oil which have a similar molecular structure to the skin cells, it penetrates the skin immediately and provides deep hydration without leaving a greasy residue.

Soothes and heals dry skin: Dry skin is widespread in Kids and teenagers and has many causes. It often happens in arid environments – for example, relaxed, hot, or windy weather with low humidity. It can also occur if you’re usually in air-conditioned environments or near direct heat from a fireplace or heater. Bathing too often and using soap or bubble bath products can cause dry skin or make skin worse if it’s already dry. This is because soap removes the skin’s natural oils and makes it harder for your kid’s skin to retain moisture. Bathing in water that’s too hot also dries out the skin. And trying to treat dry, scaly skin is not accessible if you've been using a body lotion. This is because creams and lotions are a mixture of oils/waxes and water (all held together by emulsifiers, preservatives, and stabilizers), creating a filmy layer on your skin. This makes it feel moisturized, but in most cases, it's not helping to feed the skin with essential nutrients to keep it healthy. This is where plant-based oils come in - they protect the skin's natural barrier to prevent moisture from evaporating so your kid’s skin moisturizes itself.

Absorbs Quickly: When your kid has jumped out of the shower in the morning, they need an oil that absorbs quickly so they can get dressed and start the day. The blend of Avocado oil, Moringa plant-based oils with vitamin E in the body oil has been carefully selected to provide a beautifully nourishing and light oil that absorbs quickly. One top tip is to apply the oil to slightly damp skin after or before a bath or shower- the oil will hold onto that extra moisture on the skin, providing extra hydration.
